Exchanges and Returns

Morbeck Shop is constantly investing in policies to ensure our customers are always satisfied. You may request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days of receiving it at your home.

The following conditions must be observed

1 - The product must be returned in its original packaging;

2 - The product must be returned with no signs of use or wear—that is, in the same condition as received;

3 - The product must be returned with tags (or protective seals) attached, along with manuals and all accompanying accessories.

IMPORTANT: We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not met.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Send an email to contact@morbeckshop.com and provide:

1 - Product name

2 - Order number

3 - Email address used for the purchase

4 - Reason for the exchange or return

5 - Image or video proving the defect

Once all details regarding the product return are confirmed, we will email you the return address and issue a refund for the amount paid for the product.

Note: Shipping costs for the return are the customer's responsibility.

Census Methods

Credit card refund: this refund may appear on one of the next two billing statements following the completion of the return by the payment gateway.
